Eric Arrington received his undergraduate degree from the University Maryland, College Park in 1996, receiving his BS in Marine Biology. He earned his JD in 1999, as a graduate of Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. He has studied law at University College, Oxford England, and conducted medical research as a Fogarty Fellow in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Mr. Arrington has tried over 30 cases to verdict and has handled cases all over Florida, and in New York. Mr. Arrington has handled both 1st party and 3rd party insurance defense cases, as well as aviation, personal injury, family, and criminal. Mr. Arrington currently focuses on 3rd party insurance defense claims. Besides his varied practice before the state courts of Florida, Eric has argued before the 3rd District Courts of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the Administrative Law Courts of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). He is currently licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the 3rd District Courts of Appeals, and all Florida State Courts..
